Loss of power

Hi everyone can you help, I have a c220 on a 2011 plate and have lost power the engine light is on yellow.
I have plugged in a diagnostic tool and it shows cylinder contribution/balance fault in all cylinders.

I ran the fuel diesel low as I was on holiday last week and not used the car don't think it was completely empty as showing 30-40 miles on trip meter.

any ideas please.

no smoke from engine or noises from turbo so don't think its that but you guys might know better.

Wonder if you have dredged up something that's been lurking in your tank for a while by running it low on fuel. Not sure if water in all the injectors might give this problem. Best get it on the Mercedes STAR diagnostic system which can give you real time running data as well as stored fault codes
