Question for those who have lowered their W124s - how much did you lower by, front and rear?

Thanks!

had 40 mm drop on my coupe when i bought it, it sat too low for me with speed bumps pot holes etc, swithed to oem sportline springs and shocks, sits around 25mm lower than std, just about right for me. A lot of guys rate the bilstein b12 kit which will give you 40-45mm drop. search this forum and u will find loads of threads on this topic, its a well documented subject.

did you have a 40mm drop on the 16's?

im going this route now with H&R's and Bilsteins B6's but on 18's. Not sure if you remember, but i was about to get me the sportlines which you supplied the part numbers for? however im going to and fro! LOL

I can imagine 40mm would be quite low on a smaller inch wheel.

More the question is why do you want to do it and are you aware of the consequences.

^^and then going to see you! then there wil be no consequences! :bannana:
