Sounds to me you need to get a oil extractor pump and start doing it yourself
Sealey MS156 Manual Vacuum Oil & Fluid Extractor, 4L https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00QSGKA0U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_P1BQYFRRNHZFKW2W4WBJ
It’s dead easy and rewarding, chose a recommended fully synthetic oil and quality filter, then you know it’s been done properly.
Go to MB 229.51 - Low SPAsh multigrade service engine oils - Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids and choose your oil spec and see what is approved.
I use Fuchs fully synthetic although you can get MB genuine oil from EBay very cheap.
Go and get your hands mucky.
