Hi. I have a 2003 w203 coupe c200 kompressor .the cam chain has jumped and bent the valves ,I can get a head from a 2008 car engin code 271956 would this fit ?

Is your car fitted with a Red Top head or Black Top....as far as im aware they are different heads as the later 2008 will be a black top.

I think they are different too and you can't put a black top head on a red top car and vice versa.

The 2008 is a M271 black top and the red top is the pre 2003 111 engine, also bear in mind the M271 changed in 2008 and the kompressor was dropped for a turbo so be careful as they are not interchangeable.
