WTF !! one of the few motorways where you could do a journey without encountering a seemingly permanent section of 50 or 60 MPH

with HS2 round here its impossible to go in any direction without encountering a dual carriageway reduced to 1 lane or traffic lights causing delays in the middle of the day i feel sorry for people that commute at peak periods
In my adnittedly limited experience recently the whole motorway system in this country seems to be a shambles of closures at 10 pm and speed restrictions
I'm convinced Its Time we will never get back
