Hi everyone, I just wanted to say that it is all too easy to think that there is a fault with your maf sensor when it's a much more simple answer like a lambda sensor. I can't recommend getting a good auto technician to check out your vehicle first. It may cost a small amount but it could save you a lot more as well. I think there are a lot of people blaming the MAF sensor too quickly. That's it i feel better getting that off my chest. ... and I hope it may help someone too.

The MAF symptons can be misleading and steer you in the wrong direction, however I really dont think that many people would just buy a MAF and see if it fixes the poblem as you can test them before hand.

i.e disconnecting them and seeing if the car runs better
Diagnostics.
trying a friends MAF
