Have any northerners used this garage before please or would recommend any others in the area?

neville is a lovely bloke and had a great chat with him today, but sadly he doesnt have the kit to look after an ML model (but will do mb cars no probs) so im back looking for more recommendations if anyone has any please?

There's Prestige in Stockton 01642 669100 (near Makro) and Staithes in Dunston 0191 4604381 (near the Metro Centre coach park), I've used both but I think Staithes has the edge on service prices and using a STAR machine

I found Prestige on Google eventually, but its easy finding garages - its more the reputation that counts for me. Theyre all good at intial prices, but its the money pit that comes after I would rather be confident they know what they are doing...I'll give em a buzz.

Its a real pity about Neville not doing MLs, but Im sure he sounds like a really competent guy in trms of other MBs...

Prestige
Full serv (Oil, air, fuel, pollen using Mobil1 oils) = £270 inc vat
Interim (Oil and filter) = £160 inc VAT

Staithes
....having to call back at the mo...

Mainly Mercedes
Full serv (Oil, air, fuel, pollen, etc - no STAR) = £175 inc vat

....just bumping this thread....I am sure that Ive also seen a garage up past Bishop College one time advertising that it was a Merc specialist on the building - this isnt Nev's place is it or is there another?

I normally go up to see Phil at Staithes garage who is superb in Newcastle, but with the snow and all at the moment its a bit of a trek and I was looking more local for some minor stuff.

Any idea please guys and gals?
