All remaps are very much the same figures it's the software that is used which is different, it's ok thinking I'll go with a big well known company rather than the smaller one's but in many case's the bigger one's sell the equipment & support to agent's as a starter pack to get them going as a new job, the modded files still come from the well known bigger company
Mines remapped and is great, (38K 5yr old)

Not necessarily.

"Big company" and quality are totally different things...
...But they works, that´s sure.

If you know exactly, how the engine works, and are able to use WinOls and other tools (interfaces), you can do re mapping, which is at least as good, but probably better.
Then you are in situation, when you can do such a program, that customer wants.
Normally customer have to buy such a chip, that manufacturer thinks is good for his car.

You have to be well backed up if you feel you can tackle messing with winOLS on other peoples cars with out the experience hence becoming an agent for a reputable company, you know your pretty much backed by them on the software side.
