Not nice, but not against the rules. Sadly it is still ok in the UK.

Just lifted this off ebay uk site:

Electronic money services include, but are not limited to, services such as PayPal, Nochex, FastPay or Moneybookers.





Bummer I know, but better for buyers.

I stand corrected. I never noticed that before as it had been the other way for so long. And it's not a bummer. Any seller who complains about it shouldn't be selling. Charges are part of doing business and you aren't a business, then don't use paypal . . . simple huh? Sorry . . . rant over.
