Mb4 - volume

I've just bought a mb4 for my 2006 cls. It works great but the volume just isn't very loud. I've tried turning the volume on the comand and the steering up as much as possible and while it increases it a fraction that's all it does. Why isn't it going very loud. I've been through all the settings in the mb4

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a mic volume control on the Viseeo unit. Make sure that is turned up?


To setup microphone volume:
1. Press [MENU] in the standby mode.
2. Browse with [] to MIC VOLUME and press [SETUP] to enter the microphone
volume setting.
3. Press [＋] or [－] to adjust the microphone volume and press [SAVE] to confirm.
Note:
Microphone quality may vary between car models. ViseeO suggests that you set up the microphone level
by calling your friend and family to confirm the sound quality at different microphone level and find the
best one that suits your vehicle.
