Is anyone else having serious issues with MBUX Sat Nav? Have just bought C300E plug-in hybrid. Cannot mute Sat Nav voice. The Sat Nav itself is one of the worst for bad routing. When running Google Maps or Waze through Apple Car play, there is no voice at all. The young Star Expert at main local dealer could not fix it. Am I dumb or is it totally flawed and dangerous system?

How did you try to mute it?
Interesting that a muted navi device is not good for you (Carplay), neither the one with spoken directions (MBUX).
The navigation voice only works when a route is set, when the navigation voice is actually speaking altering the volume button up or down alters the volume on the voice likewise muting the voice via volume button stops the voice.
The same way is applied during phone calls etc.
