Merc service Leeds /. Bradford

Looking to start using and independent to service wife's CLK, any experience or recommendations of the local merc specialists.

Especially the one in pudsey as my wife works in pudsey?

Guess you talking about German Autocare? Used them a few times to do brake discs/pads replacement but I found that recently their labour costs are the same as main dealers.

MB Bradford give me a better deal than GAC so I use them now even though my car is out of warranty now. Get a price off GAC and an MB dealer then go with who ever gives the best price.

MercSpecialists in Skipton are excellent. Appreciate it's further from Pudsey, but easy from Harrogate and they have loan cars.

Anyone up West Yorkshire way know of any specialists for parts and general work for older models? I know a lot of garages up here are fantastic with a variety of makes and models, but they only seem to understand modern cars.

Need someone to look at central locking pump/system on an R129, and someone to sort out those flimsy wooden door cards and get them fixed back on (don't trust myself to do it without breaking something).

Car mechanics from Prestige Motor Engineers

Used them today for a gearbox seevice. Seemed decent enough to me and I'll use them again.

Leeds only has one place now, MB care in pudsey and I think they are pretty much in a par with main dealer pricing.
