I am very happy with my first MB experience with an indie in Plymouth.

Mercare sorted my hood and were very helpful in explaining the problem. Costs were very reasonable, less than I get charged for an indie servicing my Peugeot van!

They are moving to new premises very soon apparently.

I agree, the team at Mercare are helpful & honest, they are moving to the Estover area of Plymouth soon, doesn't bother me personally as Mel the manager lives me & has offered to collect & deliver my car.

Yes, helpful and honest. I agree, and reasonable.

It seems the bosses wife has a CLK 320 Cabriolet like mine, albeit newer, and so they know the car and any of it's foibles well.
