here is my fathers 500 SEC 1981 on a Y plate done 112k miles ,it has been in my garage for 10 years up to last year when we pulled it out to make room ,servised the engine last time we had it out,no tax or mot,it needs some body work as there is rust where the trim meets the body and on 1 rear arch, mechanically sound , runs sweeet as a nut , jump started it today and kicked straight in ,it's got amg wheels , a few scabs on the body and the interior could do with replacing as the cloth has started to deteriorate ,could be made a nice car but i have not got the time to do. or could use as spares for yours as these are getting rare now ,the engine /box and wheels would sell for more than i am asking but i haven't got the heart to break it .
as you can appreciate it is over 20 years old so is in need of repairs ,and is not showroom condition .
the car will need to be trailered away as nothing on it
looking for around £600 i think this is a fair price .
