Hi Guys,

Has anyone written a letter to Mercedes Benz customer services in the UK?

I recently wrote a letter to : Mercedes-Benz UK Limited, Delaware Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK15 8BA

I wondered how long I should wait for a reply? What would be a reasonable amount of time? A week? 2 weeks?

I've never done it before, so I don't know what to expect, if anything?

PS. It is a complaint letter

If its a complaint then ring them up a and register it as a complaint. I did this and they were quite good. Each time I rang them, I had the dealer principal on the phone within 15 minutes. They will want the dealer to sort it out in the first instance.
