Hi all,
Just had my Merc plugged in and got 3 faults:

2510 charge pressure positioner - intermittent
2030 Upstream lambda sensor; open curcuit - permanent
2038 Lambda sensor upstream, internal resistance is too low - permanent

Any ideas how bad that is and how much gonna cost?
Thanks for help.

Any issues with the exhaust sensors will result in higher fuel consumption. Not a big deal, but it's always better to replace it.
Lambda sensor cost 80-100 GBP and it should take an hour of labour ,so extra 50 quid I guess.

I'm not sure about the charge pressure position, but read this thread. It may come handy

In case it helps anyone....V6 CDI code 2510-001 - Mercedes-Benz Owners' Forums

im curious, did you have any reason to plug in at all, was there anything bothering you that resulted in these faults coming as no surprise, or just a health check type of thing?

I'm just preparing my car for longer holiday trip(changed oil, filters and stuff) so wanted to check that as well. Bought this car about year ago and had lost power issues few times(dont know if that is limp mode or not, it happened when put my foot down when engine was still quite cold) but everything was ok after engine restart.

I see, probably a sensible idea to get these items attended to, if you intend to keep the car longer term anyway....how miles has it done?
