Village Garage in Whitley Bay are claiming to be Merc specialists, but I haven't tried them myself. I'm looking for indie servicing and parts in the North East too.

There is a good indie in Dunston, 5mins from Metro Centre. Dont know the address off hand but Phil is the name of the owner at Staiths Garage Phone #01914604381
A lot of the Newcastle taxi,s go there so that in itself is a good advertisement &
the dealings I have had with them they have been very helpful.

I can recommend Merk Solutions in Cramlington Welcome to Merk Solutions Ltd. A service centre for Mercedes Benz on the Cramlington Industrial Estate

I used Tony when he was at Mercedes Newcastle. He's been set up on his own for a few years - knows his stuff and is really helpful.

I just resonantly bought a Mercedes 124 and the calibers and hoses were to far gone I am trying to find the fittings that connected the brake pipe and hoses together through the fixed braked but I am having no joy in finding them can anyone help with a solution?

I can also recommend Merk Solutions in Cramlington.Just had my ATF done by Tony.I have used Staiths before and Phil does a good job but Merk Solutions was cheaper the Staiths and is only 5 miles from me and Staiths are 40 mile round trip.
