Mercedes viano head unit upgrade

Hi everyone
My first post here. I’ve just got a new viano on a 13plate. Lovely vehicle but hate the music system particularly the head unit that doesn’t play music via my Spotify app. I’m in West Yorkshire. Does anybody know the make and model of a new unit that’s compatible and I don’t end up with some Chinese rubbish from eBay. Thank you.

Is it the satnav comand head unit ? double din ?
I upgraded my speakers to a Hertz setup with separate tweeters which gives a superb sound and have subsequently added a Kenwood Powered Sub for Bass However I do use an FM modulator for Spotify Bluetooth and only rarely when travelling past oxford do i have to change frequency But I too am thinking of a head unit Pioneer etc seem good to avoid problems go with someone whose installed on Vitos theres a host of info on the Vito Owners facebook page join the group and search for speakers head unit stereo etc

Thank you boyd that very helpful. I think this fm modulator seems a good and inexpensive interim solution. I’ll get one and upgrade the speakers while I look for a good sat nav head unit. I’d rather stick to a really good up to date one. Mine seems a little old which I’m surprised for a 2013 reg.
