Has anyone used Mercland's mail order service?
When I recently ordered a part, I was told that the cost of the part would be £70 plus Vat plus delivery. In fact I was charged £70 plus delivery of £8 plus Vat of £13.65. While the delivery cost to me was £9.40, the actual cost of postage to Mercland was only £2.54.
What is a minor gripe (I was glad to get the part) is compounded by the fact that 2 emails from me querying delivery arrangements went unanswered.

The term post and packing is what it said, someone had to raise the paperwork, provide the packing and wrap it up, this is where the cost comes in and that is vatable,sadly as it is a service.

And your website's design is 1000% better than that one too
