I've always used Olly at PCS for servicing my car. On this occasion I needed to have my father-in-laws car serviced, and with him living in Nottingham Mercland was the obvious choice.
I had the car booked in for 8.30 am, and when I arrived the car was taken straight into the garage to commence draining fluids whilst they were hot.
They advised me the work would take 3-4 hours, and would be ready for 12.30. I had some business to take care of so left the car with Jays brother and went off to Stoke.
I got a phone call from Jay at 12.00 to confirm the car was ready, as it happens I was just turning into his car park.
So in under 4 hours, they carried out a Service B, carried out a gearbox fluid change (inc torque converter) and replaced a faulty door switch.
It was good to know a competant technician had carried out the work, and even talked me through what he'd checked and commented how good the car was. Im Very happy with the work carried out, as was my father inlaw when he saw the very reasonable bill.
