Hi,

I am trying to find out what part I need to buy, I would prefer genuine Mercedes but this is my first time actually looking for a part and I can't find my car.

It is a 2013 Mercedes-Benz E250 Cdi AMG Sport Coupe

The passenger wing mirror indicator has failed. It is that part I would like to replace but cannot find the part.

Any help appreciated

Thanks
Jon

I am from the UK in case it matters

Yes, thats the same part I linked.
The coupe, saloon and estate mirrors are identical.

There are videos on youtube showing how to remove the mirror cover to change the repeater

Awesome thank you.

Wonder if that OE one really is? As would like to get genuine if possible but after market is fine if not

I bought the OE one, I asked them and they said it was genuine so yeah, will see

Good chance it will make no deference....I fixed a few of these....my wife's A Class three times in about 8 years...twice on passenger side once on drivers ( she folds the mirrors in whenever she leaves it). Not once was it a failed LED... was always a broken wire from the repeated folding. This is the reason I turned the auto fold feature off on my 212 the day I got it. Combination of poor quality wire and poor routing. Hopefully yours will be the exception.

Thanks, that is interesting to know.

I have ordered the part but at least I can return if it does turn out to be the wiring.

I work on some seriously tight roads so need the mirrors folded in so leaving them out isn't really an option for me.

Will report back on how I get on
