ML Class interior wood trim

Mrs B is currently hunting down a used ML. She ain't too fussy but seems to prefer a 350 inspiration mainly due to the fact that the wood finish is black rather than...... er..... wood.

If she decides on a more ordinary (and easier to find) 350 with wood wood, does anyone know if a kit is avaiable to convert it to black?

Does this make any sense?????

Im not sure there is a kit apart from finding a second hand one..

I had the same done to my SEC and I send the wood away (for what seemed an eternity) and it cam back in a nice birds eye colour rather than the standard burred walnut.

The inspration has a few more goodies other than just the wood to make it worth hunting down. Had mine over two years now and love it.

Finding second hand would be very hard as the chances of finding the dark would with the correct options for the large centre piece would be pretty high

The Burl wood is more Rich and elegant ... why would you want it black?
