ML handling on motorways?

You were able to pull over when he came up behind you? So why had you not moved over before this? I love driving in France because the attitude is different. In the UK you will lose face by moving over, in France you lose face if you hold up a faster driver.

Now suppose I will get jumped on. Let it be.

I don't hang around driving, but the motorway was very busy, all lanes were full and I had a small gap between me and the car in front so couldn't go any faster, the ML must have tailgated the guy behind because he pulled over, as I was doing 90mph and unless I tailgated the guy in front to get him to pull over, which was not an option I could not go any faster, after I pulled over which I then pulled back in the fast lane he continued to do it to everybody. If we all did that in heavy traffic there would be more accidents.

I'm not anti speed, going back 4 years I left south Paris at 3am on an empty motorway in my C class and drove at 115mph all the way to Orleans. I've been driving in France 10 years to visit my wife’s family and I wouldn't do over 100mph anymore with the new speeding penalties.

I wont jump on you for your comment as I know you're refering to to this country, where people won't pull over when there is space in front of them becasue they want to make a point!

My ML is quite stable on the motorway. But,much less stable on A and especially B roads:(
