ml320 cdi intermittent fault

hello all ,
my 2007 ml occasionally judders through the gears when i give the car some welly, today after the fault occurred for about 20 seconds the engine would not rev past 1200 revs , Ive had a few problems with turbo /air issues recently , any thought would be appreciated , thanks in advance ,

Is the car under warantee?

If not you may be able to get good will from Mercedes,

You need to have the fault codes read by the star machine.

Please advise?

As long as the problem is reported in the warrante period it should be ok.

Worst case will be Mercedes will change turbo and exhaust manifolds.

many thanks once again , it not a manufacturers warranty just the short term one from the garage we bought it from, i will have to hope this computer picks up the fault codes as the faults are totally random and i cant be sure they will be evident in a test drive
