Christ, how did the suspect at large manage to make that much mess from a bloody pushbike??. I hate the things. I ride to London on my motorbike everyday, and they are a total nightmare, a law unto themselvs. Traffic lights mean nothing to them as do other vehicles coming up behind them.
I had great pleasure in knocking someone off the other day. Im not condoning the practise by any means, but i felt a mighty sense of releif when i did it. I was crossing a box junction in Holborn, my light was green. Naturally i went through the light at about 35mph, as i did, a cyclist in full regalia..including the stupid looking crash hat came flying at me from the right hand side. I had to skid to just miss him. taking rather a lot of tread off my new £125 rear tyre...not amused. Naturally i tooted, and he gave me the mandatory w*nker sign and shouted some abuse at me. The chase was on. I get this every day, and i just flipped for some reason. As he carried on up Holborn i came along side him..shouted Oi W*nker,, and proceeded to give a full force kick to his bike...knocking him off. I then sailed off into the sunset...or more like the traffic jam instead. If he hadnt of jumped the red light and then gave me a load of stick he wouldnt have ended up with a smashed bike and a broken arm. As i say, not a clever thing to do, but theres only so much someone can take.
There ive said my bit!! <img src="http://www.mbclub.co.uk/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>
