Mood lighting on interior rear view mirror

Greetings, everyone, and a Happy New Year to you in 2024! This is my first post. I own a 2013 W204 coupe (C204), and I've encountered an issue with the interior rear-view mirror's mood lighting – specifically, the yellow low light that usually illuminates the centre console is only working on one side though both map lights work. It seems this mirror model is common across various Mercedes from this era, and despite my online searches, I haven't found the solution to access and replace if that’s at all possible. If any of you knowledgeable folks have insights, I would greatly appreciate your help.
