MOT Advisory Notes

She just passed her MOT today, but on the advisory notes it states:- vehicle tested in wet conditions,what does that mean?

When items like tyres are wet, they can't be checked quite as well for age deterioration etc.

I had an advisory from my last MOT - they couldn't check the front brake pad wear because they couldn't see the pads!!
