MOT time

Just had this years MOT done on the E55. Passed with a couple of advisories I knew about.
2 rear tyres close to the legal limit (3mm)
front discs and pads need replacement soon.
Again, I wondered about the lack of secondary cats and resonator but neither even mentioned:bannana:

On collection I don't think I've ever seen the MPG ever showing so low. It was only ticking over for about 15 minutes whilst coming up to temperature for the emissions check.

If you idle the car long enough, you'll empty the tank without moving a single inch. I wonder what mpg that would produce, and how would a Merc display it?

I've had 9 mpg when showing my mates the acceleration with 3 up.

No resonator would never fail an MOT.

Not sure but a VW would be circa 50mpg and sub 99g/km CO2 I reckon......
