Mp3 - Clk W209

Just got a Dec 04 face lift CLK with DVD Comand and 6 Cd changer in the glove box. The Comand has the nav CD on the unit.

What do I need to get MP3 CDs to play in the changer or the head unit.

Also when playing CDs should the track names display on the head unit.

hiya mate, I have a w209 with the same kit, however mines a 2006 facelift, is your command a widescreen aps version, as this will play mp3`s via both the head unit and the glove changer, hope this helps

Hi yes it is a wide screen DVD APS.

Hmm
Dont think the 04 Facelift cars can play mp3s in the Comand's DVD slot. I've tried it in mine but have never got it working.
