New to this forum and Mercedes in general, so please be gentle.
I've got the Audio 20 in the facelift C220 coupe and was wondering if it's possible to get this unit to play mp3 off cd. I've inserted a cd with mp3 and the unit displays track 1 and the timer increments but it's not possible to select other tracks or get audio output. This seems to indicate that the unit needs either an additional hardware module or software upgrade to decode the mp3 stream.
Also can anyone point me in the right direction to find information on the technologies used i.e. comand etc. as I'm not really sure which category the Audio 20 falls?
