Well if it does turn out that this poster works for **** - guess what.

The Law has been broken, The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 :

"Falsely claiming or creating the impression that the trader is not acting for purposes relating to his trade, business, craft or profession, or falsely representing oneself as a consumer."

Equally if it turns out he doesn't work for them a few people on here might end up publicly apologising and eating some humble pie!
