Also posted in gallery section but no one can reply which I hate, plate may be a bit too much for some, but it suits the style of the car.

Not the best pictures as taking them under the spotlights is a nightmare. Car is on display at a show in London this weekend.

My arms still aching from prepping the car on Friday, 6 hours of polishing, the lights make the car look shinier than it is in reality.

Words that are printable here fail me. Love the look and the effort..............................respect.

looks the nuts mate, still not sure why the westside VW stickers on it though!?! ;)

Lovin those rims:eek:
I see there's a VW Scirroco in the background of one of the pics.
Is it a Storm?
Wish I never got rid of my one:o

Looks like either a GTi or just a GLS. No arches on the MK1s.

Two BIL had MK1 & MK2 GTi until one crashed into other. Doh..:o MIL had MK2 GTi, which is higher output than Golf GTi due to higher compression. I thought car was great, FIL hated it.:D

The silver Mk1 Sirocco is my mate Dougs, part of www.edition38.com crew, 16,000 miles from new like a new car, even inside smells of the original new upholstery, I'm not sure if it's a storm version. He also owns the black Mk2 Sirocco with 20vT engine in it.

Thanks for positive comments. I try to keep the stickers to a minimum, ruins look of the car imho, but it has to have our club sticker on, representing :)

How good are the crystal headlights and are they for RHD?

They are ok, been on the car 2 weeks, starting to steam up when washing the car, the lights are 2 piece and same mould as OEM headlight, but don't think the seals are as good.

Not sure if they're designed for RHD, I would think not as these are specific 6 pin EU ones.

Gutted!

I was hoping that wouldnt happen as I have seen other makes of cars with them & the same thing happening.

Very sweet, looks so so shiny.

you can tell you have been working hard and it shows!
