Nearly the weekend yahoo-what y'all doin?

I just love Thursday afternoons because, as much as I love my job (just in case MD pops onto this forum) I find myself thinking.

• "Wow, tomorrow's Friday,
• a scrumptious treat for evening meal
• maybe a little drink (can't drink on a school night)
• Can stay up late
• No alarm to wake me up Sat morning
• Can do exactly what I want - don't need to be 'here' or 'there' - don't need a watch
• Mind you, I hate Sunday nights about 8pm because I think my weekend's been 'pinched'.

So, what are all you folks doing........I'm going out in my new SLK - did I tell you I traded the Boxster in on Monday for a new SLK - oh yes, course I did.....not that I'm excited or anything like that.

Can I just say.......I LOVE IT :bannana: ......I definately made the right choice.

Anyway, off to make a cuppa and then back to 'my day job'

I'm sitting in the office trying to organise sending my gearbox back to exchange for a diff, because my specialists screwed me over. So i'm thinking of visiting the specialists and getting my money back and crying over the £100 i lost in buying the wrong part because my indy's sucked! Also now trying to look for a key that will fit into the driveshaft nuts and preparing to remove the diff when i go home today.

apart from that... i'm doing my "day job".

...and if i dont break anything major i'll be starting the wiring for my new free-air sub install and cleaning the car sunday afternoon.

can't drink on a school night

nobody told me that.. thursday is the start of the weekend..

im off to gloucs for a friends birthday, we get really drunk together, have woken up in all manner of strange places with him, will be a nice relaxing run out for the S class now she is topped up with ATF, and if the guy here can fix my air con (evaporator has broken, but the guys here can weld so they can weld a new pipe/sleeve back on) then it will also be a cool run, other than that I will be designing a Sauber on CAD, I have the body done, I just need to finish the chassis and I am toying with honeycomb ally, but thats another thread for another day,

I assume young lady you will be flying around in the new SLK and grinning a lot, they are few better feelings than a new petrol powered toy that you have brought yourself, especially if the weather holds this weekend for you

Antibes - 17 days........and you say it soooooooo coolly - I bet you're bursting with excitement really.

We were away in March for 17 days and I don't go away again until 20Dec.......for about 17 days again.......

Try and spend the 'summer' here and then get away winter time..
