hi wighty. Sorry it’s my fault. It’s hard to explain what I’m asking without photos. So the rubber boot seal - does it sit underneath the black plastic tray like I have done here? Or should it sit on top of it?

The rubber boot seal sits under the black plastic tray thingy . Or at least that how mine has been with a dry boot for the last few years since I did the work .
