2003 C200 Kompressor
Hello all,

I'm 40 years young and just bought my first Merc. It's not a new one, not even a fast one but I love it. It's a 2003 c200 Kompressor in Obsidian black.

Loving the car and a pleasant change to the Kia Sportage that I was driving until recently. For the performance the MPG is surprisingly good and it is just sooo comfortable.

Thought I would list some of the cars I've owned through my brief time on this planet so you can get a feel for who I am :
Seat Ibiza 1.2 (My first car way back 22 years ago)
Vauxhall Nova (Yes - I was one of those people)
Fiat Regatta
MG Maestro
Rover 620si
Toyota Celica GT4 (ST185)
Audi A3
Mini Cooper Convertible
Ford Focus 1.4 TDCi
Saab 9-3 convertible
Kia Sportage
Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 (OK - The missus drives this one)
Renault Trafic (For my bouncy castle company)
Mercedes c200 Kompressor

My favourite was definately the Celica - Such a fast car and gripped the road like no other but very expensive to repair (replacement radiator was £800 plus about £800 labour due to having to remove the engine for the work!! Who does that!?)

Anyway that's my car history. I've driven plenty of others including an early SLK, Toyota MR-S, a V6 Chrysler Sebring and a smattering of others that I don't want to talk about ;)

I work in IT monday to friday and run a bouncy castle business at weekends.

Look forward to lurking and posting here.

Cheers,

Lee

Welcome Lee, nice to see the list of cars. The MG Maestro I remember being vaguely attractive, why does Carol Vorderman spring to mind? I also work in IT and drive a 9-3 convertible - is that a stereotype? - with my first Merc, an S class on factory order. But I've had all sorts of knackered, basic cars in my time as well, not as smart as your list!
