I have had a set of 17inch Ceginus (known as the evo II style wheels) for my car but were painted a dark colour when I got them as per the photos & the finish didn't last too well & the tyres that were fitted when I got them were very soft compound (toyos) and didnt last too long.

My 16inch winter tyres were refitted and after my life being turned upside down for far too long:eek: I have finally got round to taking my winter wheels and tyres off and getting the summer 17 inch ceginus refitted.

I wasnt too keen on the colour of the wheels and I thought the colour too dark for my cars colour.:o

While the wheels were off I have had them painted & given a bit of a refinish.:D
The wheels are now back to silver but with a slight difference.
The lacquer that was used is a satin lacquer so the finish isnt quite a matt finish but its not a shiny finish that wheels are normally done in.;)
I have no real reason for choosing the satin finish other than its different and if I dont like it I can always relacquer them to a shiny finish at some later point if I feel the need.

Ive had the wheels fitted with Barum Bravuris 2 tyres as they seem to get great reviews and were a good price.

The photos.
With its normal 16 inch winter wheels.

The 17 inch ceginus wheels in the colour when I bought them.
