New glc order. Data sheet doesn't match specs

It looks as if it is all there, but I do not know the in's and out's of a GLC
kc
Me neither. It was the quickest purchase I've made. Dealer gave me 22k for my a class which had 10k equity. Went to look at the glc and they had one waiting at zandvoort so just went for it

Very nervous about driving a bigger car now 😂

You'll be fine, it's everyone else that should be nervous 😜

BTW, I know its not the right place but I don't want to create a whole new thread..

The c300 in the new glc. Which petrol should I be using? Is e10 safe for someone like me who doesn't do many miles? Or should I be using e5 or what err the super option is?

As a new car it will be E10 ready. You may wish to check whether it requires something other than 95 RON though - you’ll see that on a sticker inside the fuel filler flap.

Cheers. Is there any downside to using e10? As mentioned there are times when the car is parked for weeks without moving

Some people report increased (ie worse) fuel consumption on E10. I don’t use E10 myself but my Dad did, and there was a noticeable reduction in MPG (10-15%).

I suggested that he try a few tanks of super unleaded (which is E5 or sometimes has no ethanol at all) and he noticed that fuel consumption returned.

That was on two cars, and the same changes (in both directions) was noted on both cars. Neither have demanding fuel requirements (2005 and 2013 Honda Jazz).
