There is always the option to not fit air conditioning .

People have managed perfectly well without it for the last 125 years or so .

Yeh you're right of course,don't know why we bother with pesky technology!!

In fact why don't we scrap refrigeration all together and go back using salt to preserve our food,or perhaps an old ice pit at the bottom of the garden

Never had it confirmed by MB but I was hit with a 4 week delay on the A class that I ordered, which I am putting down to this as they were never open about why there was the delay. Not MB's finest hour.
