Newbie from Sheffield - Attempting some modifications

Hi,

I'm fitting new plates and some door projector lights to my GLE Coupe. I'm going to use the old plates as a guide to drill holes in the plate, but need new screws because they old ones are a little rusty, do you know what size I need? Could I use self drilling screws?

Hi Harry and welcome to the forum. Regarding the plates, personally I wouldn't drill and screw them, I would buy some adhesive pads and put a few of them on the plate to hold it to the cars body securely.

Or use number plate holders with the original screws and holes and then clip the plates into the holders.
