NGT 4.5 CarPlay upgrade

I recently Purchased the NGT 4.5 CarPlay module for my 2013 Mercedes SLK. I initially had it set up professionally,The system on a whole is great, but I am having issues Accepting telephone calls through the control wheel although I am able to make phone calls using the existing controls. Does anyone know any fixes for this?
