Anyone on the forum own this?

201153807401 EBay I'd

I'd be interested, but not at this price.

Yep, its mine.
It's actually cleaner in real life than the photos show.
Had looked for a proper E63 estate for a year but to no avail. Found this & convinced myself I still do enough miles as warrant a diesel over the E63. 6 months & less than 3k miles later I found the E63 estate I was searching for, so the Brabus has to go. Theres nothing else out there that comes close to this spec, mileage & condition. Open to offers but only once its been viewed.

Looks a very nice S211, rare to have the Brabus kit too.

Good luck with the sale.

I can't PM you but let me know if your still selling in a couple of weeks. I've just applied to put my plate on retention and will be selling to WBAC.com so will have cash available in a few weeks.

This is almost exactly how I sold mine via the forum :thumb:.

And so the time wasting begins lol. I get pestered from a guy who wants to buy it, I get all the crap of the day about its value, he's seen another one cheaper but prefers mine!!!! He has looked into flights to get up here, can I pick him up? No problem. After haggling that was to be honest getting on the ridiculous side we strike a deal. He will Bank transfer a deposit tomorrow,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but nothing arrives. I text him & all of a sudden him & his wife have decided to look for one closer to home. The big I am till he has to come up with money :wallbash:
Dont ya just love Ebay :bannana:

Typical with eBay and cars unfortunately.

Good luck with the sale, it's a nice looking car.

Thanks Will,

Fortunately I have the E63 to blast out the road & cheer me up PMSL

I'm afraid that it's part and parcel of selling a vehicle; at least half of those that show interest haven't got a pot to piss in.

If someone is genuinely interested, let them do most of the running (up to a point) and that should really sort the wheat from the chaff.

All the best with the sale.

You may want to get this fixed? Surely it's either First or FOURTH?!! ;)

I know, and I'm just kidding! Time wasters are no laughing matter, but enjoy the 63, and good luck with the sale.

Its not good when you get messed about on ebay but in its defence I get messed about more by sellers than buyers.
I buy a lot from ebay ... Probably 8 or 10 items a week and probably bid on 30+ on average a week.
I would say 30% of bidding gets ended early by sellers not honouring the process. Many say people can do what they like but I don't agree - set a reserve if you dont want it cheap and have the decency to go to the end of the auction. If it was at a proper auction house it couldnt be stopped mid sale. Its just common courtesy and good ethics.

Then you get the sellers who take 10 days to post things with no comms. Happy to wait but talk to me! Tell people up front you cant post for a week.

Lastly like this week ... Poor packaging. I had an autochanger sent to me with no packing ... Just put in a box 5 times larger than the changer. Amazingly it worked but more luck than judgement!

Enough of my rant and back to the car ... It is very nice and I am sure it will find a home soon.
I have recommended it to a couple of mates who are looking at the moment.
