Nice High Spec C43

Hi,
Saw these two on the bay of flea, to find one at such a high spec is quite rare but two being sold at the same time is nearly unheard of especially since one of them is,nt Silver.
The first one is,nt Black but the same as mine 0189, Green/Black Metallic.

Lol, well he does say that it is dodgy in the add, I personnally like the first one, but the second one has lower miles though he does say he has had a knock on the front, but it is quite a bit cheaper.

The first one is not bad and has a very good spec. But that wood trim is horrible, I don't care how rare it is

the w202 is an excellent shape simple but very striking imo

Avantgarde = Wood

There is no Avantgarde for a W202 though, Sport was the highest trim level.

US spec's C43s generally had Wood dashes.

As KillerHertz says Avantgarde was never available on a 202 and all C43's were Sports, the wood was available as an option in the UK that very seldom was chosen, there were many colours of the wood including some very garish Designio options.
Plain black interior was standard on the 43 and the two tone Black/White Designio an option that seems very popular compared to the other colour combinations that were available.
Any 43 with anything other than fake Carbon trim is in my opinion uber rare, though the wood in this particular car is not particulary nice I would much rather have had the Birds Eye Maple, I wonder how much it would be to replace all the carbon trim for the Birds Eye maple?

I don't mind the wood but agree with Andy, the maple would look nicer.
It's a cracking car though. Getting an itchy trigger finger.

I know that, but just saying that AMG cars in general should have Carbon interior panels.

Wood should be left to Elegance and Avantgarde models

I won the silver one on eBay, should be currently on it's way to me, will hopefully be receiving the e55 treatment, watch this space
