I was one of the early adopters so bought it from Sweden where there was a guy doing more support and working with the Chinese supplier to bug fix the interface (spelling mistakes etc). For fitting, I did that myself as I have done many different systems over the years so no real issue there.
There is loads of information and self help on a US based forum where we all help each other, so you could more or less buy it from any of the sellers on Aliexpress really, or even ebay etc. There are different hardware levels in the 1G/16Gb 2G/32Gb and 4G/64Gb versions. avoid the first and either of the others will be fine. There are also different claims on the version of Android with some being 6, 7 or 8. In reality they are all version 6, but the buildprop has been changed, mainly so that apps can be installed from a compatibility point of view. They are between £400-500 now depending on the model.
One additional item I would suggest is to look at the GPS splitter to allow you to use the existing feed (provided you have one) to the head unit. I have one, but yet to fit it but reports are positive. If you don't, then you will really need to feed the supplied GPS receiver up to the top of the windscreen to get a decent signal. Hiding it in the dash really isn't that great.
This is my install Aftermarket Radio - MBWorld.org Forums
Link to my post with some of the instructions on how to dismantle the parts needed to fit Aftermarket Radio - MBWorld.org Forums
Another long thread on the install for the W212 which is essentially the same - 10.25 inch android headunit installed - MBWorld.org Forums
There are a few other threads for different models on there as well.
Happy to help with any knowledge I have attained as part of doing this.
