Anyone up for a northern gtg? Nont Sarahs or Craven Heifer type affair? Towards the end of October (not 22/23rd tho as we're in Rome).

Or do we fancy another Clumber trip? Would only be day for us though.

It's Ok Ian - I'll pick you up off the M62 - you can then try and follow me again The fear of what would happen if you hit me will make sure you're safe

I'll have to hold back this year, straight six 124s are good but no match for my monster turbo!!

Maybe - but it'll only be 4" deep in October - push it to November and it'll be over a foot deep then and the north will be closed until next April

I am going to a 190uk meet at Nont Sarhas on the 18th September if anybody wants to come. I think the average age will be nearer to 20 than 40.

I don't think it comes out in winter other wise you could have given that Brabus 190 a once over and see what you are up against

To be honest its all Gravs fault. He started off by letting me drive his motor, loved every second of that V8 roar. Talked to Ray shortly after about the experience. Ray got a drive in Gravs V8. I work through the night with a bunch of muppets, no intellegent conversation to speak of, so I set myself small engineering mental excersizes. I started to think about the feasability of doing a 190 - V8 conversion. Spoke to Ray some time later and its then that we decided to have a go, no alcohol induced wishes Its not easy but if it was everyone would do it (well those who want to anyway). Pammy, sorry to hijack this thread.

The Brabus will be on the road until the end of September so I wiil take the Brabus on the 18th and the S class in October
Ian the 190 boys will be very interested in your V8 190 conversion
