Just a quick heads up for this one as I've never done it before though have booked entry for this year as it looks impressive.

Held at Wollaton Park from 09:30 till 16:00, it looks to be quite a sizeable event, with around 500 cars booked in currently.

Tickets can be booked via the WEBSITE HERE and are £10:00 per car which is reasonable I suppose. As I mentioned above, I don't know much about it though I'm quite looking forward to it as it looks to be a pretty well organised event with several large corporate sponsors in attendance.

I'll be staying over on the Sat & Sun nights as I like Nottingham and have had several interesting nights here over the years. :)

I live near to the venue, and have been to this show many times. It's a good show. There are some club-based groupings, and some areas where cars of all marques are grouped roughly by age. There's plenty to see. In previous years there have also been autojumble stalls, a beer tent, some live music. On a sunny day it's a really pleasant day out.

Don't tell us - You were one of the first customers of 'Ye Old Trip to Jerusalem'...
Nah, don't like modern bars. :D

It was actually AMG meet ups we used to have with a few members from this forum. Some are still here but most are long disappeared now. :(

Yeah, this seems to be their thing. My mate's with the "2000s" group and I'll be with the "1970s" which is handy as my head thinks I'm still there at times. I was assuming I'd be lumped in with an American group as I'm going down in the old truck, though I'm sure I'll be happy in the age related one.

Let's hope it's sunny then :)

Tickets sorted 👍
Nice one Mick, what area have they put you in?

I'm in D (1970s) and Steve's in G with his SL63 (2000s) I'm assuming you'll also be in G? I don't suppose it matters really as there's a no vehicle movement rule in place so we should have plenty of time to find each other this time.

Im in G aswell 🙂

I think we should start a partition to rescue that poor Ferrari from its uncaring owner......he should be banned from keeping cars for life!!.....like when someone is cruel to a dog. No excuse for that!!!! 😄

I nearly moved mine into that space when Mr Ross moved to exhibit his car, so we would have had a row of black AMGs!
