NTG and Engineering mode utter confusion

I have a 2012 C-Class. I want to install a reverse camera but when I enter engineering mode this is what I see:

Which indicates Audio 20 and not NTG right?
Yet, this is the main unit, NTG 4.5:

What's going on? What do I have and why don't I have the normal NTG Engineering mode menus?

I have a new Android head unit with reverse camera inputs but clearly no way to tell the car it has a reverse camera?!

Utterly baffled. Does something need an upgrade/reset?

Are you confusing audio 20 and comand which are both NTG4.5? I think a simple way to see if you have comand or audio 20 is too see what the screen says on switch on, comand says comand in the text while audio 20 says system.

Ah, I thought they were separate. So you can have an NTG 4.5 operating system but running on the basic audio 20?
My main issue is around connecting the reverse camera.

If you turn your ignition on and read what comes up on the screen, as I said the comand will say something like "don't let comand distract you" and audio 20 says "don't let the system distract you" at least you'll have a starting point as to what system you have. Good luck.
