As above will the NTG2.5 fit a 2002 203 coupe that has Audio 10 fitted?
I know the heater and switch packs need face lift but will it code so the phone buttons on the wheel work?

You'll have to change the cluster for the cluster and steering wheel buttons to work. But then you'll have an issue with the fuel tank gauge, and may have to change the fuel tank sensor, and other stuff may not work. As your car is early you probably will have to add a CGW too, and then work out what having the CGW in place causes other issues
*Lots* changed for the facelift. I've avoided facelifting pre MY05 cars because there is a whole stack of issues.. But it has been done.

Thanks for the reply Richard

So if i just fit the nav the wheel phone buttons will not work

Yes, it wont work. The steering wheel buttons talk to the cluster and the cluster talks to the stereo via the CANbus. The protocols between cluster and stereo changed when MOST technology for audio system was introduced for MY2005 in C class. Thus it won't work. I had to change the cluster in my SL for the same reason.

There is a possibility it wont work at all though if installed now, especially if your W203 NTG2.5 has theft prevention, as that talks to the cluster and the CGW/EIS to get chassis information - so hook it up with a converter loom before completely disaembling the car !!

Ok thanks for the help.

No problem with parts today as lots in the salvage yards, even clusters but if it is a big problem then I will leave it alone, just did not want the parrot!
Is there anyway to get bluetooth and the buttons to work.

You can retrofit the UHI system, with the connector in main glovebox and a ViseeO MB4 ..

Finished up with a face lift 54 plate C200K with phone cradle in the arm rest.
So I imagine all I need is a module?
