Hi all,

I have a new head end unit running Android which has the Torque App on it, which looks pretty neat and I'd liek to use it.

It would appear that it needs to connect via bluetooth to an OBD device, which plugs into the CANBUS?

So my questions are:

- Where would I it plug in?
- Does anyone know if this would be compatible with my W204 (2010) C220?

Failing that, could anyone please point to an OBD bluetooth device that they have used and know will work on my model, and also where it connects?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi, any elm bluetooth obd2 adapter should do it, plenty on the bay to choose from and very little money, not sure for your vehicle but presume the same right hand side under steering column is a flap exposing the obd2 connecton socket, (where the techs plug in merc star diagnostics).

Have used Torque app on both my e classes mainly data logging on the 55 its very good and for the price of both the adapter and the software very good value for money.

Thank you both. @markmifsud Can you confirm that one will work on my W204 if my connector is 16 pin? The one you mention is much cheaper and I wonder what the difference might be?

I have the same one which Mark mentions and it's fine on mine.

Only gets used for clearing fault codes (daily at the moment) but no problems. :)

Thanks, just bought one, will report back.
