Is there any easy ways to get more power from the non turbo om605

What about the 4 speed auto box ?

The cars a gr8 runner and only done 70k I'm only using it as a stop gap untill my hand healed (cast up for 8 weeks) and I can get my 250 td bk on the road but I find the non turbo very slow about town
