OM642 Green O-Ring replacement instructions?

Good lord on the red seal.

Actually looking at your pics it looks like the manifold plastic is too short and its been butchered already. ie cut off

the position of the clip seems right. but where is the plastic.

looks like a new manifold = big money as the MAFs are built in.

What a horror on the orange seal ! That looks to me like where the leak is from .

here is a picture of leaking. acctualy I also think that there should be a problem with the intercooler because I changed o-ring, aluminum pipe, turbo, so only left intercooler. i think it is impossible not to install o ring by mistake and not correct.
That black plastic on the batwing has definitely been cut down . There is going to be oil all over the inlet port motor below it .
You might have to cut all of it off and put the silicone seal modification onto it ?
I forget the name of the company that makes it , @TeddyRuxpin did you talk of it recently ?

Of course intel pipe is broken and need to repair of fix it, i agree all of you. but problem is that leaking from the connection between turbo and aluminum pipe and i can not find reason why.

You've been given the reason why several times my friend. It's the green O-ring. Replace both the O-rings on each side of the silver pipe, as well as the big orange seal/fix your broken batwing, and get the smaller orange seal that comes from the PCV...

The reason people are mainly talking about the big orange seal is because yours is actually at a point where it's dangerous to drive like that and will get you into a whole world of trouble.

is somewhere detailed pictures or video about how to repair turbo intake duct ? for me mostly interested exact size of pvc pipe to fit perfectly

I wouldn't personally repair the batwing; it will never be as good as a new one.
New batwing costs about £80-£100 from AliExpress, including MAF sensors.
Though if urgent, while waiting for new batwing, maybe bodge temporarily with silicone T hose?
Dimensions as below: (70mm ID and 25mm ID)

Great video, I'm about to do some fuel lines and this really helps as I need it out if the way to get access and was struggling a little. I think I'll change those seals too as I'll have this all off
